摘 要:目的探讨项目教学法在高职内科护理学实践教学中应用的方法及效果。方法在文献研究和专家、任课教师访谈的基础上,确定5步项目教学法,并在高职内科护理学实践教学中应用以检验其适用度和效果。结果多数学生对项目教学法持肯定态度,7项指标积极评价均在87.7%以上。多数学生认为基于项目的学习使课余时间得到充分利用,能改变学习习惯和学习观念,激发学习动力和学习兴趣,提升课堂学习专注力和参与度,对护理专业思想也有积极影响。课程总成绩为(81.6±5.9)分。结论 5步项目教学法模式兼具项目管理和"做中学"教育思想的双重特性,适用于高职内科护理学实践教学。Objective To examine the effects of project based learning applied in teaching of medical nursing for higher vocational nursing students. Methods On the basis of literature research,expert and teacher interviews, the author designed a model of 5 step project teaching method. Higher vocational nursing students of grade 2014 were taught by project teaching method. The applicability and effects were examined. Results In the teaching of medical nursing,above 87.7% students held positive attitudes towards the project teaching method in the 7 evalua- tion indicators. Most of the students thought that the project teaching method made full use of their spare time, changed the learning habits and learning beliefs,stimulated the learning motivation and learning interests,enhanced classroom learning focus and participation,and also had a positive influence on nursing specialty attitudes. Students' scores of examination were good with an average of 81.6 points. Conclusion The 5 step project teaching model has both the characteristics of project management and the "learning by doing" educational thoughts,which is suit- able for teaching of medical nursing for higher vocational students.
