浅议中德职业教育的差异

摘　　要：我国职业教育已进入飞速发展阶段,教育水平和质量都有明显提高,但职业教育体系、教育观念、教学方法和师资培养还相对滞后,与我国经济水平和社会发展速度不协调,职业教育依然有很大的发展空间。通过对比分析中德职业教育的差异,可以发现我国职业教育存在的问题,借鉴德国成功经验,发展具有中国特色的职业教育。Recently, the vocational education in China has been developing rapidly, accordingly the level and quality of education have also been improved significantly. However, the system of vocational education, educational conception, teaching methods, and teacher training are relatively lagging behind, which is inconsistent with China＇s economic and social development. So the vocational education still has more space for development. By comparatively analyzing the differences of system construction for vocational education, faculty, and social position, some problems existing in vocational education in China can be found out. Fully absorbing the essence of German vocational education and learning their successful experiences are conducive to development of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
