摘　　要：基础教育搞得好不好,关键在教师。因此,开展对卓越教师的研究,对于提升我省中小学教师队伍整体素质有重要的现实意义。本研究是以现实中的中小学特级教师作为卓越教师的载体,基于贵阳市35名特级教师的调查开展研究。研究以实证研究方法为主,如问卷、访谈等,将从三个方面来探究特级教师的成长机制:影响因素、发展阶段及动力来源。这三者的相互作用构成了特级教师成长机制。The development of elementary education relies on teachers, so the research of excellent teachers has an important practical significance in overall quality of elementary and secondary school teachers in Guizhou province. In our research, we choose special - grade teacher as the excellent teachers, and make some research on thirty - five special - grade teachers in Guiyang. Our method is based on empirical research, such as question- naires, interviews, etc. This research explores the growth mechanism of special - grade teachers from three as- pects ： influencing factors, development stages and power sources. The interaction of these three forms a special - grade teacher growth mechanism.
