摘　　要：以承德石油高等专科学校单招生为例,综合分析国家职业教育与单独招生的相关政策、单招生现状以及当前经济社会对人才的需求等影响因素,提出辅导员要在高职单招生个性化培养中充分发挥多方面主观能动作用,以人为本,促进学生个性化发展与多样成才。This paper takes the students of Chengde Petroleum College as an example, making a comprehensive analysis of the national vocational education and individual admissions policies, indi- vidual admission status and influence factors such as the current economic and social demand for tal- ents. The paper puts forward the counselor should play various subjective dynamic roles in the per- sonal cultivation of individually recruited students in higher vocational colleges, following the rule of people-orientation to promote students＇ personalized development with diverse talent.
