摘　　要：PAD教学模式是讲授(Presentation)—内化(Assimilation)—讨论(Discussion)三阶段整合模式的简称,其核心理念是将传统的教师课堂讲授与学生当堂讨论在时间上隔开,让学生在课后的一周时间内进行充分的个性化内化吸收。通过在师范生《教育心理学》课程开展PAD教学模式的实践教学,结果表明,与传统课堂教学模式相比,PAD教学模式整体教学效果更好,能够有效提高学生的学习效率,促进学生积极主动地学习,提升学生的课堂满意度,且简便易操作,值得在高校课堂教学中进一步推广使用。PAD mode （Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion） is a new teaching mode. The core idea is to divide the class time into two parts： one is teacher＇s presentation and the other is students＂ discussion, so the students have the enough time to make the individualized assimilation within one week after the class. This study is about the implementation of PAD Class teaching experiment in the educational psychology curriculum. The result shows that PAD teaching mode has advantages in improving overall academic performance of the class, promoting students＂ active learning, transforming classroom learning atmosphere, developing students＂ thinking ability, improving class satisfaction and so on. Therefore, PAD Class teaching mode is worth being popularized in the college.
