摘 要:本文从卫生保健、医学教育2个方面介绍了南非的背景情况,对南非继续医学教育的特点进行了评析:①医生参加继续医学教育的立法保证;②专门的继续医学教育组织机构;③继续医学教育实行学分制;④分级的继续教育活动类型;⑤对继续医学教育活动和主办单位进行认证;⑥南非医学会为医生完成继续医学教育要求提供便利。通过对南非继续医学教育制度特点的研究,既有助于增进对南非继续医学教育的了解,填补相关研究的空白,又结合我国国情,合理借鉴南非继续医学教育的有益经验,少走弯路,启示我国继续医学教育的未来发展。This paper introduces the background of South Africa from two aspects of health care, medical education, and analyzes the characteristics of continuing medical education in South Africa: The legislative guarantee for continuing medical education; Special continuing medical education organization; Continuing medical education to carry out the credit system ; The types of continuing education activities of grading; The continuing medical education activities and the organizer; The Medical Association of South Africa as the doctor completed continuing medical education required to provide convenience. This paper continues to study the characteristics of medical education system in South Africa, which helps to enhance the understanding of South Africa, fill up the blank of research, and combined with China's national condi- tions, a reasonable draw on the useful experience of South Africa, detours, the future development of med- ical education to enlighten our country.
