摘　　要：当代儒学复兴运动中的"康党"以"新康有为主义"立教,而康有为只是一个伪儒家,其思想实乃对儒家义理之背离。康有为有多重身份,作为学问家他歪曲儒家义理以为政治之用;作为政治家,他伪托孔子之名以为变法之用;作为宗教家,他以孔教之名以为宗教干政之用;作为所谓的"南海圣人",他有"圣人"之名而无圣人之实,实乃一代伪儒、贼儒。In modern Confucianism renaissance movement,the Kang’s Party takes 'New Kang Youwei’s Doctrine' as their theoretical basis.However,Kang Youwei is a pseudo Confucian who has betrayed the Confucian philosophical connotations.Kang Youwei has multiple identities.As a scholar,he distorts Confucian philosophical connotations to satisfy the needs of politicking;as a politician,he proposes the idea of political reform in the name of Confucius;as a religionist,he takes Confucianism as a religion to intervene politics.As a so called 'South Sea Saint',he doesn’t behave as a saint and he is actually a Pseudo Confucian.
