摘 要:为了使学生能够掌握"微生物学"基本实验技能,并能运用这些技能解决实际问题,尝试将探究性教学模式"学生为主体,教师为主导"引入"微生物学"实验课程。实验单元以科学研究项目的形式进行串联,在教师指导下,学生以"自主、探究、合作"的方式完成实验。多元、全面的综合考核方式,突出对学生动手能力、综合能力和创新能力的评价。探究性教学模式既注重实验技能的掌握,又重视探究性学习的引导,深受学生欢迎。In order to enable students to master the basic Microbiological Experimental techniques, and use the techniques to solve the practical problems, we introduced the inquiry teaching mode of student-centered and teacher-guided mode in the Microbiology Experiment course. The experimental units are organized into a coherent whole as a research project. Under the guidance of teachers, the students performed the experiments autonomously, exploratively and cooperatively. The diversified and comprehensive examination system can result in better evaluations on the students' abilities of practicing, comprehensive application and creative thinking. The inquiry teaching mode emphasizes the training of students in their basic microbiology experimental skills and also guides their learning. This teaching reform is thus welcomed by students.
