摘　　要：在绿色经济的发展要求下,开发绿色技能成为国际职业教育发展的重要趋势。以UNESCO、欧盟、OECD等为代表的国际组织通过召开相关会议、发布研究报告及政策建议等形式不断推动绿色技能理念和实践的发展,促进绿色技能逐步从思想和理念层面落实到具体的战略设计和政策行动中,对于世界各国的绿色技能开发实践产生了深刻影响。从国际组织关于绿色技能开发的相关理念和行动来看,其着眼点集中在如下方面:绿色技能及绿化职业教育是绿色经济发展关键要素,必须把培养绿色技能作为未来职业教育发展的重要维度;绿色技能开发需要形成与绿色经济发展和绿色就业相适应的综合性政策和战略;在绿色技能开发中,职业教育体系及机构要从绿色经济、绿色产业和绿色就业发展的需求出发,采取综合性的实践路径。The development of green skills has become an important trend of TVET development in the world under the requirement of green economy. The international organizations including the UNESCO, OECD, EU, ILO have significant impacts on the practice of green skills development in the world through holding conferences, issuing research reports and policy suggestions. Research shows that, the focus of green skills development of international organizations can conclude to the following points： green skills or green TVET has becomea key factor for the development of green economy as well as the key dimension of TVET development; green skills development should form comprehensive policies adapting to green economy and green jobs; in the development of green skills, the TVET system should adopt comprehensive practice approach.
