摘  要:目的:探讨以病例为基础的教学(CBL)模式在医学生神经外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取65名见习医学生作为研究对象,将其随机分成A、B组:A组采用传统以授课为基础的教学(LBL)模式,B组采用CBL教学模式,通过问卷调查及出科考试的方式评价两种教学法在神经外科见习中教学效果。结果:B组学生对教学满意及其考试成绩明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学模式比LBL教学模式更适合神经外科临床见习教学。Objective: To discuss the benefits of CBL(case based learning) teaching method applied to medical students during their clinical probation of neurosurgery in the department of neurosurgery.Method: 65 medical students were randomly selected and divided into group A, B, students in the group A received LBL(lecture based learning) teaching, students in the group B received CBL teaching.The difference of teaching effects between the two groups were compared and evaluated by comparing the difference of students' test results and survey of satisfaction.Result: Students in the group B were significant better in satisfaction and score than group A, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: CBL teaching method shows more benefits than LBL teaching in clinical probation of neurosurgery.
