摘　　要：德国职业教育以职业工作过程为导向,以职业行动能力为培养目标。本文以德国培训师考核过程的演示介绍为例,以更换汽车正时皮带项目为载体,进行教学设计。介绍了德国的职业教育教学方式,对基于职业行动能力的教学改革提出了自己的建议。German professional education is based on the professional process of the career oriented,with the aimto cultivate professional ability. This paper takes the example of the german trainersj assessment process. The teaching design is carried out to replace the vehicle timing belt. This paper introduces the teaching method of vocational education in germany, and puts forward some suggestions for teaching reform based on vocational ability.
