浅谈网络视频课中出镜教师形象的自然呈现

摘　　要：由于缺乏准确的形象定位和有效的塑造方法,网络视频课中出镜教师的形象往往呈现得不够自然。网络视频课的一个显著特征是采取大众化的传播方式并且用于个人化的学习情境,这决定了出镜教师的目标形象就应该是学习者的"个人导师"。为了自然呈现这个形象,出镜教师应该和网络视频课件的制作团队充分沟通与合作,采用有效手段以达成目标。Due to lack of the definite position and effective molding way, the teacher＇s image always appears rather unnatural in the front of the camera. ＂Personal Tutor＂ should be the target image of the teacher in streaming media network courseware for it is released publicly while used privately. In order to present a natural image of the teacher, the production team should be communicative and coop- erative, and take effective measures to achieve the goal.
