关于社区医学三年制临床医学人才培养的必要性及培养模式的思考

摘　　要：如何提高三年制社区医学教育的教学质量,为社区,农村基层卫生院培养合格的下得去,用得上,留得住的全科医生,是每一个三年制临床医学专科院校的教师必须思考的问题。好的培养方法是培养合格人才的保证,文章对三年制社区全科医学教育培养的必要性及培养目标,培养模式等方面进行思考,为制定一个较完善的培养计划提供一定的参考。It is the problem that each teacher in the three-year clinical medical college has to think about how to improve the teaching quality of three-year community medical education and cultivate the qualified general medical practitioner, who would like to go to rural area and would like to retain, hang on there, for the rural grass-roots hos- pitals and the basic-city community medical hospitals. Good training method is the guarantee of training qualified tal- ents. This paper provide some references about the necessity of three-year community general medical education, and the training target, training mode and so on to develop a more perfect training plans.
