摘 要:目的探索如何通过规范化的教学查房,提升临床教学质量,改善临床青年医师轻"三基"、重检查的现象。方法以临床教学查房为切入点,通过制定规范化的教学查房流程,完善实施及监督考核体系,开展临床三级医师基本知识、理论及技能培训。结果 2013—2016年,全院共开展教学查房64次,涉及医疗科室26个,参加教学查房的三级医师中主查医师、住院医师128人次,进修医师、实习医师及研究生约2 500人次;总体评分除时间趋势检验结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他项目得分呈逐年上升趋势。结论实施规范化教学查房流程,可有效提高临床医师的教学、医疗和科研水平,为临床培养更多实用性人才。Objective To explore how to improve the quality of clinical teaching and the phenomenon that clinicians especially the young gradually value examination while neglecting the basis through standardizing the teaching ward-round process, Methods Taking the clinical teaching ward- round as a breakthrough point, basic knowledge, theory and clinical skills training were carried out through the formulation of standardization of teaching ward-round process and the improvement of implementation, supervision and assessment system. Results From 2013 to 2016, the hospital has carried out teaching rounds 64 times, involving 26 medical departments, attend teaching rounds of the three levels of physicians in the investigation of doctors, residents 128 people, training physicians, interns and graduate students about 2 500 people; in addition to the overall score of time trend test showed no significant difference (P〉0.05), other projects score was increased year by year trend. Conclusion Standardized teaching ward round process can effectively improve the teaching quality, improve the comprehensive quality and clinical skills of clinical medical students, as well as cultivate more excellent medical talents.
