从“一枝独秀”到“美美与共”——中职“名师工作室”个案研究  被引量:17

摘  要:名师工作室作为教学共同体的一种新型形式,越来越受到中职教育办学者的关注。文章以R市职业中专Y名师工作室为个案,从共同愿景、工作室内部成员结构、教师之间合作文化氛围、个人学习活动以及外部支持条件五个维度考察名师工作室的实践图景,呈现、归导出工作室的实际效能以及前行中的困境。在此基础上提出,中职名师工作室要实现良性运行与卓越示范,需要政府加强引导与支持,制定发展性评价制度;学校要创设尊重学术与专业发展的校园氛围;作为行动主体的工作室成员,要积极参与集体知识构建,并悦纳和执行集体共识,促进教育研究合力的形成。As one of new forms of teaching-learning community, teacher studio has received more and more attention to vo- cational education. In this study, taking Y teachers' studio in R vocational school for example, the article presents the ac- tual performance of the studio and dilemma of the way through following five elements : shared vision, construction of mem- bers, literacy atmosphere between teachers and individual activities. On this basis, this article puts forward three sugges- tions in order to realize the benign operation and excellent demonstration. Firstly, teachers' studio needs to strengthen the guidance, support and new developing estimating system of the government. Secondly, the educational institutions need to create respect for academic and professional development of the campus atmosphere. At last, as the subject of action, mem- bers of the studio should actively participate in the construction of collective knowledge, and accept and implement the col- lective consensus to promote the formation of a joint force of educational research.
