摘　　要：以高等教育服务于经济社会发展需要为切入点,阐述了非中心城市高校服务区域经济的特点与意义,从国家、地方政府和高校层面分析了非中心城市高校服务区域经济的现状与问题,并提出了应对策略。It is easy to find that the paper describes the characteristics and significance of non-central city universities to serve the regional economy from the perspective of state, local government and university dimensions. Similarly, it analyzes the current situation and problems, which is involved in non- central city universities. Therefore, it is essential for those universities to serve the regional economy. Finally, the author puts forward some eorresponding strategies to solve the problems mentioned above.
