摘  要:大学转型对人才培养提出新要求,使得高等教育范式转换成为应用型人才培养的必然要求。本文从分析传统的知识范式与应用型人才培养不相适应的方面入手,从教育哲学的角度,分析了能力范式对知识观、认识论、课程论和教育方法论提出的转换要求,辨明了知识范式与能力范式教育理念的主要区别,论述了基于能力范式的人才培养体系的构成和人才培养方案制订的技术路线,主张在能力范式的指导下,按照新的培养标准和课程体系制订人才培养方案,改进教学方法、考核评价方法和质量监督方法,创新人才培养模式,不断完善应用型人才培养体系。The university transformation puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents, which makes it necessary for talents cultivation to transform higher learning education paradigm. Beginning with the analysis of the unadaptable factors between the traditional knowledge paradigm and the applied talents cultivation, from the perspective of the education philosophy, this paper analyzes the transformation requirements put forward by capacity paradigm to knowledge concept, epistemology, curriculum theory and education methodology. The paper identifies the main differences between the knowledge paradigm and the capacity paradigm ideas, expounds the constitution of talents cultivation system based on capacity paradigm and the technical route of talents cultivation program formulation, proposing that talents cultivation program be formulated according to new cultivation standard and curriculum system, under the guidance of the capacity paradigm, teaching methods, evaluation methods and quality supervision methods be promoted, talents cultivation mode be innovated and applied talents cultivation system be constantly improved.
