摘  要:目的了解潍坊市市售食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌(L.m)的污染状况,掌握高危污染食品,提高食源性疾病和食品安全隐患的早期识别、预警与防控能力。方法 2016年在潍坊市流通环节和餐饮环节随机采集475份样品,定性检测L.m。结果 L.m总检出率为2.53%;调理生肉制品L.m检出率为10.00%,不同种类食品L.m检出率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.801,P=0.030);不同采样地点的食品L.m检出率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=5.865,P=0.438);不同销售环境食品L.m检率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.752,P=0.153);定型包装食品、散装食品L.m检出率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.522,P=0.001)。结论潍坊市部分食品受到L.m的污染,存在引起食源性疾病的风险隐患。Objective To understand the contamination status of Listeria monocytogenes(L.m) in food from markets of Weifang, grasp the high-risk contaminated food, so as to improve the ability of early identification, early warning and prevention for foodborne diseases and food safety hazards. Methods 475 samples collected randomly from circulation and catering links in Weifang in 2016, L.m were qualitatively detect. Results The total detection rate of L.m was 2.53% ; the detection rate of L.m for frozen prepared foods of meat was 10.00% ; the detection rate of L.m from difference food was respectively with significant difference (x^2=21.801, P=0.030); the detection rate of L.m for food from difference marks was respectively with no statistical significance (x^2=5.865, P=0.438); the detection rate of L.m for food from difference marketing environment was respectively with no statistical significance (x^2=3.752, P=-0.153) ; the detection rate of L.m for packaged food and bulk food was respectively with significant difference (x^2=11.522, P= 0.001 ). Conclusion A few kinds of food have been contaminated by L.m in Weifang, so there is risk of the foodbome disease.
