摘　　要：中国特色思想政治教育理论学科,是中国特色哲学社会科学的有机构成,是中国化马克思主义理论成果的重要体现,是思想政治教育理论发展到一定阶段的产物,也是理论自信和价值观自信的体现。在新的历史起点上,在文化交往和文明对话新的格局下,建设中国特色的思想政治教育理论,是马克思主义理论与思想政治教育学术共同体肩负的时代责任和神圣使命。在这一过程中,要始终坚持理论的自主性与科学性的统一,注重强化马克思主义理论学科意识,注重将揭示思想政治教育的特殊规律与普遍规律、理论自主性诉求与提升对话能力、继承性与时代性、理论研究与教育实践统一起来。The subject of ideological and political education theory with Chinese characteristics is an organic composition of the philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, an important manifestation of the achievements of Marxist theory in China, a product of the development of ideological and political education to a certain stage, a sign of theoretical maturity, and also a manifestation of self- confidence in theory and self-confidence in values. In the new historical starting point, under the new pattern of cultural exchanges and civilized dialogues, the construction of the ideological and political education subject with Chinese characteristics is the responsibility and sacred mission of Marxist theory and ideological and political education academic community. In this process, special attention should be paid to adhering to the unity of autonomy and scientificity of theory, strengthening the consciousness of the subject of Marxist theory, and attaching importance to combining the special laws with general rules of ideological and political education, the demands of theoretical autonomy with the ability to enhance dialog inheritance with times, and the unity of theoretical research with educational practice.
