摘　　要：混合所有制职业院校的兴起是职业教育办学体制的一次重要变革。混合所有制职业院校的兴起是经济体制的改革、法制环境的改善、办学体制的变革以及社会力量、地方政府共同努力下的结果。其中,社会力量和地方政府的利益损益是影响混合所有制职业院校兴起的关键因素。The rise of the mixed-ownership vocational school is an important reform of school-running system of the vocational education. The rise of mixed vocational colleges is the result of the reform of economic system, the improvement of legal environment, the reform of school-running system and the joint efforts of social forces and local governments. Among them, the profits and losses of the social forces and local governments are the key factors influencing the rise of mixed-owned vocational schools.
