摘　　要：本文参考国内外关于知识共享的研究,给出了知识共享的内涵,分析了知识共享对高校科研团队的影响,提出目前高校团队知识共享所面临的障碍,并粗略给出应对障碍的策略。This paper defines the connotation of knowledge sharing and analyzes the impact of knowledge sharing on scientific research teams in colleges and universities based on international and domestic researches on knowledge sharing. The obstacles of knowledge sharing of scientific research teams are analyzed and the cursory coping strategies are proposed.
