摘　　要：任务驱动教学法是将学生的学习活动与教学任务或问题相结合,以解决问题和完成任务来提高学生学习兴趣的教学法。生物信息学是一门以研究生物序列为主的实践性很强的课程。本文论述了任务驱动教学法在我院生物技术本科专业生物信息学课程教学中的实施及其效果,并对完善任务驱动教学法在生物信息学课程教学中的应用提出了思考。TBL （Task-based learning） is a teaching method which combines the learning activities of students with teaching tasks or problems,and it is a method to solve problems and complete tasks to improve students＇ interest in learning. Bioinformatics is a highly practical course based on the study of biological sequence. The implementation of TBL in the teaching ofbioinformatics course in the undergraduates course of biotechnology in our college and its effect is discussed and thought to improve the application of TBL in bioinformatics course teaching is also proposed in this paper
