摘 要:目的探究新建应用型本科院校教师培训需求,挖掘教师产生培训倦怠的原因,开展有针对性的培训工作,提高教师参加培训的积极性。方法采用调研问卷的方式,对全校10个学院296名教师进行"动因、培训内容、提升职业能力意愿、培训方法及授课教授素质"五方面的需求调研,分析不同教龄、受教育程度及岗位的需求。结果不同教师群体总体培训需求趋于一致,部分需求存在差异。结论新建应用型本科院校在开展教师培训工作时应当注重唤醒教师自我发展的内在动力、制订多元化个性化培训计划、关注不同教师群体职业能力提升的需求,以齐抓并举多样化培训方式与方法、求真务实地聘请授课教师,方能达到满意的培训效果。Objective To explore the demand of teachers' training in newly-built application oriented universities, to dig up the reasons for the teachers' training burnout, to carry out targeted training and improve the teachers' enthusiasm of participating in training. Methods Through questionnaire, inves- tigative 10 institutes, 296 teachers' five aspects of demand, such as "motivations, training contents, training methods, willingness to improve professional competence and Quality of expert", analyzed the difference of teaching age, education level and job requirements. Results The overall demand of different teacher groups tended to be consistent, and there were some differences between the differ- ent groups. Conclusion The Newly-built application oriented universities should pay attention to a- rouse teachers' self development intrinsic motivation, develop diversified personalized training plan, enhance the demand of different teacher groups' occupation ability, grasping and diversification of training mode and method, pay attention to experts' ability of practice, which can achieve a satisfac- tory effect of training.
