摘　　要：张默君是我国近代著名的女教育家。她自幼接受良好的家庭教育及学校教育,早年参加辛亥革命,后长期服务于教育,先后担任过江苏粹敏女子学校教务长、江苏省第一女子师范学校校长、杭州市教育局长等职务。她提倡民族精神教育和传统文化教育,提倡普教运动及劳作教育。张默君民族精神教育思想是特定历史情境下的产物,她对民族精神的提倡在近代民族国家的形成过程中具有积极的意义。Zhang Mojun is a famous female educator in modern Chinese history, who received good family education and school education in her childhood. She participated in the 1911 Revolution in her early years, later on performed long-term service in education, serving as the dean of Cui Min Women7 s School, the principal of the First Woman Normal School of Jiangsu Province, the director of Hang-zhou Education Bureau, and so on. Zhang Mojun advocates national spirit education and traditional culture education. She also advocates general education movement and labor education. Zhang Mojun7 s thought on national spirit education is the product of specific historical circumstances, and her advo-cacy of the national spirit exerts a positive significance in the formation of modern nation-state.
