摘  要:目的:茶树菇多糖是一种重要的生物活性物质,具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤和增强人体免疫力等多种功能,在保健食品及药品开发等方面具有广泛的应用前景。本文主要优化茶树菇多糖提取的工艺条件。方法:通过单因素分析和响应面试验设计,以茶树菇多糖含量为指标,考察pH、时间、温度和料液比4个因素对其提取的影响。结果:茶树菇多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:pH 4.98,温度80.98℃,提取时间3.88 h,料液比1∶15.98。在该条件下茶树菇多糖的最大提取率为22.12%。结论:本研究结果为茶树菇多糖的提取及其应用奠定了良好基础。Objective: the polysaccharide from Agrocybe c?lindracea is an important bioactive substance with antivirus, anti-tumor, enhancing immunity and other functions, and has broad application prospects in heahhcare food and drug preparation. This paper mainly studied the extraction process. Methods: the single factor test and the response surface were used to optimize the extracting conditions. Targeted as the yield of Agrocybe cylindracea polysaccharide, four factors: pH, extraction time, extraction temperature and raw material to water were studied by response surface analysis. Results: the results were as follows: pH 4.98, extraction time 3.88 h, extraction temperature 80.98 ℃ and raw material to water 1:15.98. The maximum polysaccharide yield was 22.12% under the above conditions. Conclusion: This study lays a good basis for the extraction and future industrial use of Agrocybe cylindracea polysaccharide.
