摘 要:研究3种中草药的水提物对北虫草发酵过程中菌丝量和活性产物产量的影响。将不同剂量的3种中草药水提物分别加入到发酵基础培养基中,培养7 d后检测北虫草生物量和活性成分含量。结果表明,甘草、五味子在添加量为15 mg/m L,刺五加的添加量为10 mg/m L时,不仅可促进北虫草细胞的生长(P<0.01),还对北虫草菌丝体及发酵液中腺苷及虫草素的形成都有显著促进作用(P<0.01)。本研究结果为北虫草今后的生产和开发提供一定的理论基础。The effects of water extracts from three kinds of Chinese herbs on myeelial growth and active metabolites formation of Cordyceps militaris in submerged fermentation were studied. The medicinal fungus Cordyceps militaris was inoculated into the basal media with and without addition of extract of Chinese herbs, and then cultured tor 7 d. The results showed that both water extracts from Glycyrrhiza uralensh', Schisandra chinensis at 15 mg/mL and Acanthopanax senticosus at 10 mg/mL increased mycelial biomass production of Cordyceps militaris (P〈0.01); while the water extract from Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Schisandra chinensis at 15 mg/mL and Acanthopanax senticosus at 10mg/mL had significantly stimulatory effects on both the intracellular and broth active mptabolites production, which would be a stlvng support for further development of Cordyceps militaris.
