摘 要:目的对开封市某地区一起食物中毒事件的病原体进行分离鉴定及同源性分析,研究脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型技术在食物中毒溯源中的应用。方法参照GB 4789.4-2010的方法进行病原菌的分离鉴定;采用PFGE分型方法对食物中毒检出菌及实验室收集的其他血清型沙门氏菌进行分子分型;采用微量肉汤稀释法进行抗生素耐药性研究。结果流行病学调查及实验室病原学检测证实,开封市某地区的食物中毒事件是一起由肠炎沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒,共分离到3株肠炎沙门氏菌。分离自该事件病人肛拭子的肠炎沙门氏菌与在开封市某地区鸡肉中分离的肠炎沙门氏菌相似系数为100%。此食物中毒株对所检测药物敏感性较好,只对个别抗生素产生耐药性。结论此次食物中毒病原菌为开封市某地区鸡肉中检出率较高的肠炎沙门氏菌。PFGE分型技术在细菌性食物中毒中可以进行溯源分析。Objective We studied the identification and homology analysis of pathogens from a food poisoning event in a district of Kaifeng City, and the application of PFGE typing technique in tracing the source of food poisoning. Methods According to the national standard GB 4789. 7 -2013 for solation and identification of pathogenic bacteria; PFGE typing method for food poi- soning detection bacteria and laboratory collected other serotypes of Salmonella bacteria molecular typing; using broth dilution method was used to research on antibiotic resistance. Results Epidemiological investigation and laboratory etiological detection confirmed that the incident was caused by Salmonella together with food poisoning, a total of 3 strains of Salmonella enteriti- dis. Bacillus enteritidis which is isolated from the incident anal swab and the Salmonella isolated from chicken in Kaifeng similarity coefficient of 100%. The food poisoning strains for the detection of drug sensitivity is better, only the individual antibiotic resist- ance. Conclusion The food poisoning pathogens stand for Salmonella in chicken of high detection rate in local area, traceability analysis of PFGE typing technique in bacterial food poisoning.
