摘 要:欧盟于20世纪90年代末开始重视创业教育,为了应对创业教育全面推行所产生的师资缺口,欧盟提出培养"创业型教师"的目标,并且从职前教师教育、教师持续专业发展、国家(地区)支持体系和地方学校支持等四个方面展开行动,不论在理论方面还是实践方面都有开拓意义。借鉴欧盟"创业型教师"教育的发展经验,我们应高度重视高师院校的创业教育,构建"创业型教师"教育"生态系统",鼓励和支持区域间建立伙伴合作,从而有效推动我国的创业教师教育。European Union (EU) began to attach importance to entrepreneurship education since 1990s. In order to deal with the shortage of teachers caused by the full extension of entrepreneurship education, EU thereafter proposed the goal of training entrepreneurial teachers, and launched the actions on four dimensions, namely Initial Teacher Education, Continuing Professional Development, national (or regional) supports systems and school level support. Those actions are all of pioneering significance from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The systematic summarization of EU' s entrepreneurial teachers' education characters enlighten us to put a new premium on normal universities' entrepreneurship education, construct the eco-system of training entrepreneurship teachers, encourage and support partnership among various regions, and make a contribution to promoting entrepreneurial teacher education and enhancing the quality of innovative entrepreneurship education in China.
