摘 要:在互联网+的大趋势下,IT员工关注的是成果、个人发展空间和合作氛围,而不是薪酬、岗位和个人绩效,这就对员工关系管理提出了更高的要求。IT员工文化背景不同,对组织目标的解读就不同,员工关系管理不当,就容易导致IT员工离职率较高。基于此,本文就IT员工的关系管理进行研究,考察在支持性环境、健全组织、明确的方向和共同价值观下,IT员工关系管理的效果。Under the great trend of Internet Plus, IT employees focus more on the achievement, individual development opportunity and favorable cooperation environment, rather than renumeration, position and personal performance. This leads to higher requirement of relationship management. The fact that IT employees with different cultural background have different interpretations on the organisational goals may lead to higher demision rate should there be mismangement of employee relationship. Based on this, this paper researches on IT employee relationship management and studies the management results under supportive environment, sound organisation, clear directions and common values.
