摘  要:开放教育导学试图改变传统的"师授生受"的教学模式,有效处理"学"与"教"的关系,符合现代教育规律。要实现这个根本性的转变,教师的导学能力十分关键。与传统的教学能力相比,开放教育教师导学能力客观上因开放教育教学需求的特殊性而具有更丰富的内涵,以导学需求为基础提升教师的导学能力,对于保证开放教育的教学质量具有十分重要的意义。The guiding learning in open education tries to change the traditional teaching model, i. e. the teachers teach and the students accept. Yet the guiding learning effectively settle the relationship between “learning” and “teaching”,which is accord with the modern education rule. The tutor,s guiding learning capability plays a vital role in the transformation. Compared with the traditional teach-ing capability, the guiding learning capability has a richer connotation because of the particularity of the open education demand. The pro-motion of the tutor,s guiding learning capability based on the learning demand is significant for the teaching quality guarantee in open edu-cation.
