摘　　要：考核评价"技能大师工作室"实际上就是评价以大师为领军人物的团队。要了解评价考核机制在"技能大师工作室"运行中的作用、评价考核的内容和范围、考核评价的原则、"技能大师工作室"评价考核激励的方法。The assessment of ＂Skill Master Studio＂ is actually to evaluate the team with a leader of the master.
