摘　　要：在优化的实验条件下,根据醋酸与矿酸解离度的差异采用预设终点电位滴定法对食醋中的游离矿酸进行测定,并与常规酸碱滴定、刚果红试纸法进行了比较,对测定方法的精密度、准确度进行了评定,结果表明该方法能够准确、快速测定食醋中游离矿酸的量。Under the optimal conditions, according to the differences of dissociation degree of acetic acid and mineral acid,use the preset destination potentiometric titration method to determine the free mineral acid in vinegar. The results are compared with conventional acid-base titration and Congo red test paper method. The results of precision and accuracy of the experiment show that this method has higher accuracy and quickness in the determination of free mineral acid in vinegar.
