摘　　要：针对地方高校教学现存问题,我校对传统的人才培养模式和教学模式进行了改革,将"传承型"人才培养模式和"注入式"教学模式转变为多元化模式;通过对教师队伍的优化,达到加速建设"双师双能型"教师队伍的目的。实践表明学生的实践能力、创新能力、综合素质得到较大幅度的提升,为衡阳地方经济输入行业企业人才奠定了良好的基础。In view of the existing problems in the teaching of local colleges and universities, the traditional mode of personnel training and teaching mode was reformed, the ＂inheritance＂ talent training mode and ＂injection＂ teaching mode were transformed into diversified mode. Through the optimization of teachers, ＂double teacher dual ability＂ teacher team construction was accelerated. Practice showed that students＇ practical ability, innovation ability and comprehensive quality were greatly improved, it laid a good foundation for the Hengyang local economic input industry enterprises.
