大鲵皮肤泡制酒抗氧化作用研究

摘　　要：大鲵(Andrias davidianus)是中国珍稀的两栖动物,体内尤其是皮肤含有多种天然活性物质,是制作功能性保健食品的理想材料,将贵州酱香型白酒和大鲵结合研发大鲵保健酒,具有经济和社会效益。对大鲵皮肤泡制酒的抗氧化作用进行研究。结果表明,泡制酒并未引起小鼠肝脏组织病理学改变,且肝脏组织中谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性出现了显著性上升(P<0.05);活性氧簇(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量出现了显著性下降(P<0.05);8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHd G)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白介素1β(IL-1β)的含量均未出现显著性变化。结果表明,大鲵皮肤泡制酒具有一定的抗氧化作用,为大鲵保健酒进一步开发增加了可行性。Andrias davidianus is a precious kind of amphibian in China. Its body especially its skins are rich in various nature active products. So it is the ideal material for making functional health care products, combine Guizhou Maotai-flavour spirit with A ndrias davidianus has great economic and social benefits. The study aimed at doing a primary research on the antioxidation ofA ndrias davidianus skin brewed spirit. The result showed that for the mouse of the garage brewed spirit group, there was no pathological alteration on liver tissue while in which the content of GSH and the activity of SOD rose significantly. The contents of ROS and MDA showed sig- nificant decrease; the contents of 8-OHdG, TNF-α, IL-1β showed no significant variation. The results indicat- ed that A ndrias davidianus skin brewed spirit had antioxidation to a certain extent, so as to increase the feasibil- ity of further development of A ndrias davidianus health care spirit.
