摘 要:在复杂基质的食品样品中选择合适的前处理方法对有机锡形态的检测分析具有重要意义。对食品中有机锡形态分析的前处理技术,包括溶剂萃取(SE)、快速溶剂萃取(ASE)、加压液体萃取(PLE)、固相萃取(SPE)、固相微萃取(SPEM)、超临界流体萃取(SFE)、超声波萃取(UE)和微波辅助萃取技术(MAE)及其应用进行了分析总结。由于有机锡形态化合物的种类繁多,理化性质存在差别,所以在提取、萃取中均存在较大的困难。痕量和超痕量有机锡形态前处理技术的未来发展方向具有简便、快速和环保的自动化趋势,并着重于在线萃取技术以及与有机锡形态分析仪器联用技术。Pretreatment processes play an important extractive methods including solvent extraction (SE role in organic-tin speciation analysis.Organic-tin species ), accelerated solvent extraction (ASE), pressurized liquid extraction (PLE), solid phase extraction (SPE), solid phase micro-extraction (SPEM), supercritical fluid extrac- tion (SFE), ultrasonic extraction (UE), microwave assisted extraction ( MAE ) and the pretreatment methods for food were summarized in this paper. Because there were many kinds of organic-tin compounds, the physical and chemical properties are different. So there was great difficulty in the extraction. The new trends of pretreatment for trace and ultra trace of organic-tin species in the future should focus on satisfying the automatic requirement with simple, rapid and environmental friendly characteristics, and be capable of integrating the different extrac- tion techniques or new pretreatment methods of direct and on-line coupling with specific organic-tin species de- tection.
