摘 要:本文从战略人力资源视角出发,以美的为例,研究人力资源实践与核心竞争力的关系。研究得出,美的"成本控制"的战略实现需要系统的人力资源实践根基。本文通过AMO模型,从员工能力、动机和机会分析各项人力资源实践对核心能力的支撑关系。此案例研究对企业战略人力资源实践,特别是在技术创新热潮下失去成本控制优势的制造企业,具有一定借鉴意义。Based on the case study of Media Company, from the perspective of SHRM, the article discusses how the human resource practices support the core competence of a company. The study finds that the core control ability of Media is based on systematic human resource management practice. Applying the AMO model, this article deeply analyzes how a company supports the core competence through the enhancing ability, motivating and offering opportunities to employees, This case study provides certain reference significance to the practices of SHRM, especially for manufacturing enterprises which in technology innovation boom losing control cost advantage.
