高校特殊教育专业分段递进实习模式探新——基于四川文理学院的实践

摘　　要：教育实习是特殊教育人才培养需要关注的重要问题,如何改革传统实习模式,有效提高特教师范生的实践能力,进一步适应特殊教育事业发展需求,是我国高等特殊师范教育改革研究中的热点问题之一。本文结合四川文理学院特殊教育本科专业发展的实际,提出了"分段递进"的实习模式,并对它的构建依据、内涵、课程目标、内容体系、管理与考核、实施策略等问题进行了初步探索。Education practice is an important issue in special education talents＇ training. How to reform the traditional practice mode, and effectively improve the practical ability of normal colleges students who major special education, is one of the hot issues of China＇ s higher special education reform research. This paper puts forward the ＂step by step＂ practice mode, analyzes its construction basis, connotation, curriculum objectives, content system, management and assessment, and implementation strategies.
