摘　　要：校长为学校未来发展的方向凝聚共识,实际担负着战略规划者的角色。广东作为我国高等职业教育第一大省,具有多种类型和不同层次的高职院校,其中公办院校约占2/3强,校长的来源组成也是多种多样的。文中利用高职院校人才培养工作状态数据平台等数据,对不同类型公办高职院校校长的群体性特征进行数据统计,分析出合格校长的基本特征,希望可以为主管部门在遴选高职院校候选人资格时提供有益的借鉴。College President is responsible for the school development planning, which is very important for the a college. As the largest province of Higher Vocational Education in China, Guangdong province has many types and different levels of higher vocational colleges, among which public colleges and universities takes up about 2/3 and the presidents of these public colleges have various backgrounds. Based on the data from Vocational College Personnel Training Status Management Platform, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the presidents' group characteristics, aiming to provide some reference for the authorities in selecting president candidates for Higher Vocational Colleges.
