摘 要:近年来,由于抗生素的出现及大量使用尤其是广谱低廉的磺胺类药物广泛应用在水产品养殖上进行预防治疗细菌疾病,造成磺胺类药物在水产品中的残留。本文主要介绍了磺胺类药物及其危害,并对胶体金免疫层析技术在水产品中磺胺类药物检测方面的应用进行了简要综述。与酶联免疫吸附法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法等检测方法相比,胶体金免疫层析技术具有价廉、使用方便、结果快速准确等优势,但其应用还不是很广泛,今后应该研究如何提高胶体金的灵敏度,以便能检测水产品中的多种药物残留。In recent years, due to the appearance and extensive use of antibiotics especially the wide usage of broad-spectrum and cheap sulfonamides in aquaculture for the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases, it caused sulfonamides residues in aquatic products. This paper introduced sulfonamides and their harm, and briefly reviewed the application of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay in the detection of sulfonamides in aquatic products. Compared with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) detection method and so on, colloidal gold immunochromatography technology is inexpensive, easy to use, fast and accurate, but its application is not so extensive, so how to improve the sensitivity of colloidal gold should be studied in the future, so that it can be able to detect a variety of drug residues in aquatic products.
