市售食品包装纸、纸制餐具的卫生状况调查分析

摘　　要：以市售食品包装纸(淋膜纸、玻璃纸和蜡纸)、纸制餐具作为研究对象,其中食品包装纸17批次,纸容器13批次,依据GB 11680—1989"食品包装用原纸卫生标准",并参照欧盟RES AP(2002)1、德国XXXVI.Paper and board for food contact等法规体系对样品进行卫生状况调查分析。结果表明:30批次样品的常规监测项目荧光性物质(254 nm及365 nm)、铅(以Pb计)和砷(以As计)均符合相应的国家产品卫生标准的限量要求,合格率为100%;风险监测项目包括镉(以Cd计)、甲醛、苯类溶剂残留量、溶剂残留量、荧光增白剂VBL及初级芳香胺迁移量,检验数据显示两类风险检测项目均存在不同程度的检出,纸制品中镉(以Cd计)的检出率为20.0%,溶剂残留总量的检出率为13.3%,含量均低于标准限值,其他检测项目甲醛、苯类溶剂残留量、荧光增白剂VBL和初级芳香胺迁移量均未检出,风险性相对较低。Commercial food packaging paper （PE paper, Cellophane and wax paper） and paper tableware were used as the research objects. The sanitary conditions of 17 batches of food wrapping paper and 13 batches of paper containers were investigated and analyzed according to GB11680---1989 The health standard for food wrapping paper and regulation systems such as RES AP （2002） 1, XXXVI. Paper and board for food contact. Results showed that routine monitoring items such as Fluorescent substances （254 nm and 365 nm）, Lead （Pb）, Arsenic （As） of 30 batches of samples all conformed to the corresponding limitation requirement of National product sanitary standard, with 100% qualification rate. Risk monitoring items included formaldehyde, cadmium （Cd）, benzene solvent residue, solvent residue, fluorescent whitening agent （VBL） and primary aromatic amine migration quantity. Test data showed that two kinds of risk monitoring items were detected in different degrees. The detection rates of cadmium （Cd） and solvent residual amount in paper products were 20% and 13.3% respectively, both lower than the standard limit. Other test items including formaldehyde, benzene solvent residue, fluorescent whitening agent （VBL） and primary aromatic amine migration quantity were not detected, their risk was relatively low.
