摘  要:国标GB 5413.23的气相色谱衍生法是测定婴幼儿食品和乳品中碘含量的方法,目前存在着数据偏低、重现性差等问题。对国标方法进行了优化和改进,基于衍生试剂对不同形态的碘影响不同,进行了衍生条件筛选;同时,针对乳粉进行了衍生试剂的筛选。采用优化后的条件建立的检测方法与原方法比较更加准确,对于某些特殊基质的奶粉,用高峰氏淀粉酶酶解后能得到更为满意的结果。Current method of determination of iodine in infant food described in GB 5413.23 has some issues such as low response value, poor reproducibility and so on. To optimize the measurement, screen the conditions of derivatization as well as the derivant of milk powder based on the different impacts between the derivant with iodine. The best condition was employed to test the iodine in different milk powder. The results were more accurate than the data obtained by the original condition. And for some special milk powder, more reliable results were obtained after enzymolysis.
