摘  要:信息网络化、文化多元化、形势复杂化使高校思想政治教育工作面临严峻考验,探索全程育人、全方位育人的"双全育人"德育机制迫在眉睫。"双全育人"以系统论、协调控制论以及人的全面发展论为根基,是对思想政治教育工作在时间和空间上的考量,其对德育理念凸显、德育薄弱环节突破、德育理论研究深入意蕴深远。明确"三阶段"侧重、搭建"三育人"体系、发挥"三平台"功效,有利于开创"双全育人"的"大思政"工作新格局。Information network logical and political education in explore the "two full-education" , cultural colleges in which diversity and complication of the situation and universities facing a severe challenge. It make the ideo- is imminent to all-round education is throughout the whole process. "Two full-education"is based on the system theory,coordinated control theory and peopleJs comprehensive de- velopment, and it shows its consideration for the ideological and political education work from the time and space perspectives. It is of profound significance for the prominence of the concept of moral educa- tion, the breakthrough of its weak link and the further study of its theory. As a result, it is conducive to creating a new pattern for the ideological and political work to emphasize "three stages", set up "three full-education"system and bring"three platforms'into play.
