摘　　要：在欧美国家,沟通技能是医生必备的核心人文技能,也是英国和美国相关医师考试的重要测考内容。我国应在执业医师资格考试中建立沟通技能的有效评价制度,医学院校则应加强医学生沟通技能与意识的培养。In Europe and America, communication skills are regarded as one of the core indispensable skills for physicians. Assessment of communication skills is also an important component of medical licensing examinations in the UK and US. Effective assessment of examinees＇ communication skills is urgently needed in China＇ s National Medical Licensing Examination. Medical schools should strengthen the teaching and training of medical students＇ communication skills.
