On the Shortage of the Original Spirit of Benevolence in Dong Zhongshu's Confucianism

摘  要:董仲舒儒学的特点是维护王权并为统治阶级的政治服务,他试图建立一种依靠礼法维系的社会秩序,并希望借助"天"的力量约束王权。董氏儒学是在秦汉政治文化整合的过程中逐渐形成的,在此过程中他继承并改造了原始仁学,同时旁收诸子之学,最终构建起了儒学新体系。相较而言,董氏儒学的出发点和关注领域发生了转变,这种差异造成了董氏儒学中仁的原始精神的缺失,具体体现在"情""礼""民""士"四个维度。The feature of Dong Zhongshu's Confucianism is a kind of political service to protect the reign and serve the ruling class. Dong Zhongshu tried to set up a social discipline depending on the remai- ning of the ritual law, and hoped to make use of the power of the "God to" constraint the reign. The Dong's Confucianism was formed gradually in the integration of political cultures in Qin and Han dynasties, during which he inherited and transformed the original Benevolence and meanwhile absorbed thoughts of philosophers to finally build the new Confucian system. By comparison, the starting point and focused field of Dong's Confucianism have changed, and this kind of difference contributes to the shortage of the original spirit of Benevolence in Dong's Confucianism, which is specifically embodied in four dimensions "e- motion courtesy human" and "scholar".
