摘 要:目的探讨婴幼儿肝炎综合征(IHS)患儿干血片氨基酸和肉碱浓度变化的临床意义。方法应用HPLC/MS/MS测定患儿组与对照组干血片氨基酸及肉碱浓度。结果患儿组与对照组相比辛酰基肉碱C8、葵酰基肉碱C10浓度降低,十四烷酰基肉碱C14、十六烷酰基肉碱C16浓度升高(P<0.05);缬氨酸(VAL)浓度降低,瓜氨酸(CIT)浓度升高(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿肝炎综合征患儿血中氨基酸及肉碱浓度的变化对其诊断和治疗具有一定的临床意义。Objective The clinical significance of amino acid and carnitine with dried blood concentration in children of infantile hepatitis syndrome (IHS). Methods HPLC/MS/MS was used to examine the dried blood samples of infan- tile hepatitis syndrome (IHS) with the control group and the patient group of amino acid and carnitine concentration. Results Compared with control group,octanoylcarnitine C8,decanoylcarnitine C10 concentration is reduced,while tet- radecyl acyl carnitine C14,palmitoylcarnitine C16 concentration increases(P〈 0.05); Valine (VAL) concentration is reduced,citrulline (CIT) concentration increases(P〈0.05) . Conclusion Changes in amino acid and carnitine concen trations in blood of children with hepatitis syndrome in infants conclusion has some clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment.
