摘 要:为了探讨幼儿教师工作投入的现状以及工作满意度对工作投入的影响。采用工作投入问卷和工作满意度问卷,对298名幼儿教师进行调查。结果显示:幼儿教师工作投入水平较高;工作投入在性别、学历、婚姻、园所性质、教龄等人口学变量上差异显著;幼儿教师工作满意度与工作投入呈显著正相关,工作满意度的总体满意度对工作投入及其各个维度具有显著的正向预测作用。In order to discuss the status of job involvement and the impact of job involvement influ- enced by job satisfaction as kindergarten teachers. This paper employs Job Satisfaction Scale and Job In- volvement Scale to investigate 298 kindergarten teachers. The results are as follows: kindergarten teachers have high job involvement; the job involvement are obviously different in sex, education, marriage, charac- ter of kindergarten, seniority and other demographic variables; positive correlation is observed between job satisfaction and job involvement, the overall satisfaction of job satisfaction has significant positive predic- tive effect on iob involvement and itsvarious dimensions.
