摘  要:双语教育政策是促进新疆教育事业发展的基础性工作,其文化认同无疑是新疆双语教育政策的出发点和归宿点。基于文化认同视角调查分析发现:民族群体对新疆双语教育政策的了解不够;新疆各民族群体存在既愿意支持双语教育,却又疑虑双语教育消减本民族文化的现象;文化差异性影响着新疆双语教育政策的实施效果。应从文化多元共体、科学设计、文化智力课程诸方面进行建构,提高新疆双语教育政策实施效果,大力推进新疆双语教育民汉文化共生功能。Bilingual education policy is the basis to enhance educational development in Xinjiang and cultural identity is no doubt both the starting point and the aim of this policy. An investigation in the perspective of cultural identity shows that ethnic groups do not have enough understanding of the policy; they are willing to support bilingual education, but they still worry that bilingual education will affect their own culture; and cultural differences influence the implementation effect of the policy. Therefore, efforts should be made in promoting cultural pluralism, making scientific design and opening cultural intelligence course to improve the implementation effect and vigorously enhance the symbiosis function of ethnic and Chinese cultures in bilingual education in Xinjiang.
