摘 要:对光亮杜鹃茎和叶的挥发油化学成分进行分析研究。采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取光亮杜鹃茎和叶中的挥发性成分,GC/MS法分析,NIST谱库检索,并计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果表明:光亮杜鹃枝和叶中分别检出81种和70种成分。其中,(E,E)-3,7-二甲基-10-(1-甲基亚乙基),-3,7-环癸二烯-1-酮是光亮杜鹃茎和叶挥发油中含量最高的成分,相对含量分别为25.695%和21.481%。其次,茎的主要成分为甘香烯,相对百分含量为13.321%;叶的主要成分为甲基-2-萘甲醇,相对百分含量为9.080%。光亮杜鹃中茎和叶的挥发油无论在成分还是含量方面都存在一定差异。Objective : To analyze volatile components in the stems and the leaves of Bright DuJuan ( Rhododendron nitidulure Rehd. et Wils. ). Methods:Volatile components contained in the stems and the leaves were extracted by steam distillation, volatile components in the extracts were analyzed by using GS - MC and NIST spectral library, and relative percentage composition of the components were calculated. Results:Altogether 81 and 70 compounds were identified respectively from volatile oil of the stems and the leaves. Among them, the content of 3,7 - Cyclodecadien - 1 - one, 3,7 - dimethyl - 10 - ( 1 - methylethylidene) - , ( E, E) - was the highest in the stems ( 25. 695 % ) and leaves ( 21.481% ), respectively. Secondly, major constituents of the stems were Cyclohexane, 1 - ethenyl - 1 - methyl - 2 - ( 1 - methylethenyl ) -4 - ( 1 - methylethylidene) - , relative percentage composition was 13.321% ;main constituents of the leaves were 2 - Naphthalenemethanol, 1,2,3,4,4a, 5,6,8a, - octahydro -. alpha. ,. alpha. , 4a, 8 - tetramethyl - , [ 2R - ( 2. alpha. ,4a. alpha. ,8a. brta. ) ] - , relative percentage composition was 9. 080 %. Conclusion:Certain differences are existed in the comparisons of the ingredients and the contents of volatile oils in the stems and the leaves of Rhododendron Nitidulum.
