对师范院校服务中小学教师终身教育的思考

摘　　要：为了在新时期提高为中小学教师终身教育服务的水平,为中小学教师终身教育事业作出更大贡献,师范院校应当遵循着眼大局和依法依规办事的指导思想,并通过建立科学规范的服务机制和工作制度、选择能够解决中小学教师教育教学实际困难的教学内容、充分发挥自身教育教学资源的优势等开展多样化服务.In order to improve the service for primary and secondary school teachers＇ lifelong education in the new age, and make a greater contribution to their lifelong education course, normal university should work in accordance with related laws and regulations in view of the overall situation. At the same time, it is expected toprovide diversified servicesfor primary and secondary school teachers by establishing scientific, standardized service mechanism and working system and selecting content of courses that can solve real difficulties with its own advantage in higher education resources.
