摘　　要：文章在厘清"工匠精神"的内涵的基础上,分析了高职院校"工匠精神"培育的重要意义,并以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例,提出了高职院校"工匠精神"培育途径,即创新人才培养模式,构建基于"工作过程系统化"的课程体系,注重专业实践教学体系建设,做好顶岗实习的组织与管理,校企双重培育"工匠精神",注重文化育人,不断提升学生核心竞争力。On the basis of clarifying the connotation of ＂Spirit of Craftsman＂, this paper analyzes the significance of cultivating ＂Spirit of Craftsman＂ in higher vocational colleges. In the case of Shaanxi Railway Institute, the pater puts forward the method of cultivating the spirit of craftsman in higher vocational colleges, that is, the innovative talent training mode, based on the curriculum system to ＂systematize the work process＂, paying attention to the construction of professional practice teaching system, doing a good job in internship organization and management, cultivating ＂Spirit of Craftsman＂ through school-enterprise cooperation, valuing cultural education, constantly enhancing students＇ core competitiveness.
